Electric arc flash is one of the most serious and least understood electrical hazards. An electric arc is a continuous electric discharge of high current between conductors, generating very bright light and intensive heat. Electric arc flash is caused by a short circuit due to of technical failure or mishandling of electrical equipment.

Electric Arc Pyrosuit is a garment that we develop to protect workers who are exposed to electric arc hazard in their work environment. Lies within the Electric Arc Pyrosuit is a layer of DuPont Nomex MHP multihazard fabric. This fabric provides workers with protection against heat, flame and electric arcs.
